Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters
Disneyland was great on a Monday - hardly any lines. We got to go on rides over and over. The only ride with a super long line that we didn't get to go on was the Submarine ride. I loved that ride when I was kid. They completely updated it, complete with Nemo to boot. Too bad they didn't include it in Disneyland's "Fastpass" system.The first time we went on the new Buzz Lightyear ride, Taisei was sleeping. Bummer!
But we got to go on it several more times using Fastpasses. :) He got 4,500 on his first run. haha! On his second run, he was more interested in controlling the car with the joystick. That's why you can only see the top of his head here.
Emily's husband, Aaron, had some kind of weird knack for the game. On his second try, he made the list as second all-time high scorer for the day. Notice I have around 100,000 points. He was well over 1.5 million - over 10 times my score. What the...!?!? I never figured out what he was doing differently from me.
Afterwards, we got Taisei a little Astro Blaster key chain. He walks around blasting even people he doesn't know.
